A very nice apartment, exactly as shown in the picture. It is very well located, walking distance from 10+ restaurants. The outdoor patio is large with a very nice view of the marina. All the appliances are new and the air conditioning worked very well. However, because the bed is located on the top part, it is a bit warmer than the kitchen or living room. I would have given this apartment a 5 stars rating except for the parking. There is no parking space allocated to the apartment and we sometime had to park on the sidewalk...not great because the road is very narrow.

IL N’Y A PAS D’EAU AU GOSIER**** le logement était parfait, l’emplacement, la vue et tout sauf que le gros problème de la marina et de la ville du Gosier c’est que les coupures d’eau dure 4-5 jours ouvrables… il y a une citerne mais trop petite et les gens qui ont loué avant nous n’avaient pas d’eau depuis le vendredi …. Nous avons dû nous reloger rapidement sachant que tout était réservé en février ??… bref vraiment dommage pour le propriétaire mais ils devraient mettre une citerne plus grosse….
