Welcome to our charming 60 m² 3-star apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests in the heart of Le Fleix. Located on the ground floor, this welcoming apartment— now equipped with air conditioning in the living area —is the perfect base for exploring the Périgord region as a family or couple. With high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels included, we've thought of everything so you can simply unpack and enjoy your stay!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Living space (air-conditioned): A spacious and bright 30 m² living room with air conditioning, television, a double sofa bed and a convivial dining area. Open kitchen: Fully equipped to cook like at home (electric hobs, oven, microwave, 6 place setting dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster...). Sleeping area: A beautiful, comfortable room with a double bed (140×190). Bathroom facilities: A functional bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Comfort amenities included: Reversible air conditioning, iron and ironing board, portable fan. For families: a baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request. On-site laundry service: For your laundry needs, you have access to the on-site laundry facilities upon request (prices: €5 per load for washing, €5 for the dryer). An outdoor clothesline is also available free of charge for drying your laundry in the fresh air.

A communal griddle is available nearby. The Pool Area: A secure 7m x 4m pool (south-west facing, naturally heated), equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols. A comfortable garden lounge and relaxing chairs await you, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or reading in peace and quiet. The Garden: A magnificent shaded and fenced park for your moments of relaxation. Secure parking: Free, enclosed indoor parking (approximately 5 spaces, ideal for cars and motorcycles). Free public parking is available just 100 meters away for additional vehicles.
