Located on the first floor (no elevator), this welcoming apartment— now 80% air-conditioned thanks to the installation of units in the living area and the large master bedroom —is the perfect starting point for exploring the Périgord region with family or friends. With high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, and towels included, we've thought of everything so you can simply unpack and relax!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Living space (air-conditioned): A warm 25 m² living room with television, a very comfortable double sofa bed and a convivial dining area. Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need to cook like at home (electric hobs, oven, microwave, 6 place setting dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster...). Sleeping area: Two beautiful, bright bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm) and a wardrobe. The large master bedroom has its own independent air conditioning for perfectly cool nights. Bathroom facilities: A modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet for added privacy. Comfort amenities included: Reversible air conditioning (living room and master bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, portable fan. A comfortable garden lounge and relaxing chairs await you, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or reading in peace and quiet. The Garden: A magnificent shaded park for your moments of relaxation. Secure parking: Free, enclosed indoor parking (approximately 5 spaces, ideal for cars and motorcycles). Free public parking is available just 100 meters away for additional vehicles.
