We offer for rent in Le Fleix this charming apartment with a shared swimming pool. The 76 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and access to a shared garden of approximately 1,800 m². - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe for 2 people
- A bathroom with a shower.
- Separate toilet.
For even more comfort: griddle, high chair, washing machine, baby cot, fan, ironing board and iron, reversible air conditioning.
Three terraces of 20 m² each facing south, enclosed with trees and shared with other tenants, tables and chairs for your meals, 6 people per terrace.

A 7m x 4m swimming pool, located southwest-facing and shared with other guests, is naturally heated. It has one step for entry and exit, and sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols are available.
