In a prestigious residence with a small pool and sauna (built in 2019), a 2nd-floor apartment with a cabin bedroom (with a door but no window), a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a shower room with WC, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. Parking space for 1 car in the underground garage. Direct access to the slopes, 50m (on level ground) from the ski locker located within the residence. Shops are within walking distance below, and the L'Etoile restaurant is nearby. Optional extras payable on site at the Devoluy Vacances agency: - Cleaning deposit (€60). - Bed linen for 4 (€30). - Bath towels (€5 per person).
