Free parking is available for one car in a small shared courtyard.
Elsewhere, parking is free from November 1 through March 30 and requires payment from April 1 through October 31 (Discounted parking tickets are available to make your stay easier).
There are plenty of parking options around the building.

Cleaning fee includes: linens (towel sets, sheets, dish towels, bath mats) and end-of-stay cleaning.

Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Baby equipment is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability (a travel crib and high chair).
You will have the apartment to yourselves.
You will receive two sets of keys.
Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
You can check in on your own using a key box.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase.
Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartment.
No parties or gatherings are allowed to ensure a quiet environment for the neighborhood.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation up to 5 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund.
For any cancellation made less than 5 days before arrival, the cost of the nights’ stay will be retained. Only the cleaning fee and the tourist tax will be refunded.
