On a quiet little street, running perpendicular to the seawall and the bay, this little corner of paradise welcomes you with open arms. A place where you can take your time... Time to relax on the patio, go for a bike ride, and enjoy life...<br><br><br><br>The house isn’t large, but it has everything you need to enjoy your stay: kitchen (gas stove and microwave), toaster, coffee maker, table for six, bedroom with a large closet and two twin beds, shower room with sink, two toilets, and two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm).<br><br><br><br>The very quiet neighborhood of the Jules Noiret seawall is a 600-meter walk from Place Jeanne d’Arc and has all the amenities you need: snack bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a laundromat, etc.;<br><br><br><br>You can easily park your car in front of the house’s gate.<br><br><br><br>On-site, you’ll also find the following at your disposal: beach toys, lounge chairs, outdoor table and benches, a grill, patio furniture, a raclette machine, a plancha grill, an oil-free fryer, and a microwave.
