On the 1st. floor of a quiet residence located 200m from the train station, 150m from the supermarket and about 1km from the beach, 2-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of an entrance, living room (sofa bed 140) with balcony access, a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 3 induction burners, combined microwave oven), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a wardrobe, bathroom (washbasin, shower, storage unit, washing machine) 1 separate toilet. Presence of 2 armchairs with extra beds for young children and a cellar for bicycles.
Wifi. Swimming pool reserved for the occupants of the residence (access by key) open from June 15 to September 15.

Wohnung groß genug, alles da was man braucht, leider keine Handtücher zu Verfügung gestellt trotz Beschreibung, Eisenbahn in der unmittelbaren Nähe die beim Ein/und Ausfahren hupt, Gegend schön, alles fußläufig zu erreichbar, Kommunikation mit Inhaberin wunderbar.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine reposante. Région magnifique, temps splendide alors qu'il pleuvait en Belgique. Plages, promenades, visites, bons restos au programme.L'appartement était très bien situé, très propre et super bien aménagé. Rien à redire. A recommander.

A notre arrive l'appartement était impeccable, propre et rangé. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon moment au Croisic ; équipements, localisation, garage à vélo, piscine etc. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons sûrement !
