Large Vys House in the Heart of the Bauges Mountains

Come and recharge your batteries in our large, very recent, quiet house, in the heart of the magnificent Bauges natural park, with its huge garden.

This house has a large living room with all the amenities for cooking: gas stove with large oven, toaster, kettle...
The table can accommodate 12 guests with its extension.
A lounge area can be transformed into an extra bed thanks to the sofa bed.

On the first floor, you will find an entrance and a laundry room, with washing machine, shower, sink and toilet. Heating and domestic hot water are done with an efficient solar system, managed automatically. Well insulated, the house remains quite cool in the summer (designed not to have too much direct sunlight in the rooms, even if the bay windows let you enjoy the view of the Dent de Rossanaz).

Upstairs, you will have a cosy living room, stocked with bookcases with many books (children, adults and comics), as well as a large CD section and board games. Another sofa with chaise longue can be used as an extra bed for two people.

Two double bedrooms open onto this living space, one of which has a large bed 160cm wide. It is completed by a toilet and a bathroom with sink and bathtub.

In the attic are pleasantly furnished two bedrooms, one with a bed and the other with two single beds.

Outside, you can enjoy the deckchairs on the terrace with a large parasol and garden tables. The barbecue will offer you beautiful evenings with family or friends.
The orchard may give you berries or peaches depending on the season. It will allow children to play in the sandbox, on the swing, on the slide or even football.

Close to the lake of Lescheraines, hikes in the wonderful Bauges massif surrounded by the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget. Outdoor sports activities: canyoning, paragliding, tree climbing...

5 minutes walk from amenities (bakery, supermarket, cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, post office).
