Come and discover this detached, single-story house in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac. It features a lovely living room and a fully equipped, semi-open kitchen. You'll enjoy a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room and toilet, and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds (90cm) (one bedroom is accessible via a step), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

The garage includes a ping-pong table and also provides storage for your bicycles or motorcycles.

Outside, a semi-covered terrace offers a foosball table, garden furniture, four sun loungers, and a barbecue for relaxing moments with family and friends. The garden is enclosed.

Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bath) can be provided upon request. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning services are also available upon request. This house, which the owners have lovingly renovated, is located in the vibrant village of Le Bugue in the Périgord Noir region, in a quiet, small hamlet. You are in the Vézère Valley, home to no fewer than 15 prehistoric sites... Fill your basket on Tuesdays at the traditional village market, renowned for over 8 centuries, or at the night markets (in summer), a truly festive invitation to meet local farmers, breeders, and artisans, all within a kilometer. From the gîte, you can easily walk to the mornings to pick up your fresh bread and newspaper (200m). All shops are within 1km.

There's no shortage of sporting activities with 73 hiking trails, just 200 meters from the Eyzies-Limeuil greenway and canoe rentals, as well as leisure activities like the Bournat Park, the Périgord Noir Aquarium, the Prehistoric Labyrinth, and Jungle Golf.
