This handsome stone house comes with a secure swimming pool and a tennis court, set within extensive private grounds with lovely views. Located on the edge of Le Bugue, the property offers a peaceful setting for a thoroughly relaxing holiday, while remaining just a stone’s throw from all amenities and the many sights this wonderful region has to offer.

From the entrance, an internal hallway leads directly into the air-conditioned living/dining room with exposed beams. Comfortable sofas are grouped at one end of the room, which also has French doors opening onto a small balcony; the large dining table sits at the opposite end, near the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen opens via French doors onto the covered terrace, fitted with a barbecue and dining area – a lovely spot for family meals with far-reaching views. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also on the ground floor, next to the kitchen.

From the entrance hall, a wood staircase leads up to the first floor, with four air-conditioned double bedrooms, with herringbone parquet flooring and built-in wardrobes, along with the adjoining shower and bath rooms.

Outside, extensive grounds surround the property. The pool overlooks the valley views, and a tennis court sits to one side of the property.

A weekly 3-hour clean (kitchen and bathrooms) is included with every booking.

Optional extras available
- Linen pack (quote on request): includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and a pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).
- Baby pack (€25): includes a highchair and a travel cot.

A breakage deposit by card imprint will be requested one week prior to your arrival.
