Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten ruhigen Lage. Für Radfahrer ideal mit abschließbarer Garage für das Equipment. Vermieter spricht deutsch und ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl geführt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße U. H.

Absolutely superb!

We came to the area for cycling with our 2 adult daughters and were all delighted with the apartment. It's beautifully furnished, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The rooms, including the bathroom, are all a really good size, and we thoroughly enjoyed dining and relaxing on the terrace with spectacular views of the mountains. There's a secure garage, perfect for storing bikes etc, and off-road parking next to the apartment. Denis is a very welcoming, helpful host, and we would definitely return to his lovely apartment. Highly recommended!!

A modern & very comfortable accomodation

On arrival we were welcomed by our host who was a very charming and helpful person. The spacious property was the nicest one that we have stayed at in Bourg d'Osians. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and there is an adjacent bathroom with a good shower over a deep bath which was perfect for relaxing in after a hard day's cycling. There is a secure place for storing bikes. The property is situated a short distance from the centre of town and has fine views of the surounding mountains. We are eager to return for a longer stay next year.

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful week staying at Denis’ apartment. It is a fantastic base for cycling up the local Cols! Secure bike storage, lovely quiet neighbourhood with stunning views from the terrace. Approx 20min (flat!) walk into Le Bourg d’Oisans with plenty of amenities and restaurants/cafes. Also very close to the lovely paved bike path to Lac de Buclet - perfect for a cool down swim after a ride! Denis is wonderful, so friendly and clear communicator. We would love to return to this gorgeous apartment :) Of note - as is typical of holiday homes in the region - there are limited cleaning/cooking supplies when you arrive (ie. Bring some loo roll!)

Excellent Holiday Accommodation

An excellent accommodation in absolutely stunning surroundings, just a walk away from the lovely town of Bourg d'Oisans. We could not have been happier and leaving to come home was extremely tough. We're already missing breakfast on the roof terrace, gazing at the mountains. The guests' garage is a great idea, offering safe storage for our bikes. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, with all the amenities one could require. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to our host. Covid lockdowns meant that it took us a long time to get there, but Denis was kind enough to stick with us and, after two years, we finally got the holiday we'd been dreaming of.

What a beautiful holiday house!

We loved staying here. The views from every window and the sun deck are spectacular - 360 degrees of mountains. The immediate surroundings are very green and peaceful. There are walks and bike rides from the door. The house is very modern and well equipped, especially the kitchen. I liked the way it is decorated, including a few pieces of nice antique furniture. Denis is a great host and I thoroughly recommend his place as the perfect base for a holiday in this beautiful mountain region.

Cycling in the Alps

A well maintained property in a great quiet location with stunning views. Its close to shops, Bars and restaurants. You have everything you need right on your door step. The rooms are large and have good quality furniture. I highly recommend this property it has everything you could wish for, we will definitely be coming back

Exquisite Property in Bourg d’Oisans

Stayed July 2019. We were met on arrival by our welcoming and informative host Denis, who provided us with a detailed overview of the apartment. The accommodation was of an extremely high standard, very clean and well maintained. Views from the apartment were spectacular. Location was excellent and within easy walking distance of Bourg d’Oisans. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and hope to return again some time in the future. Fantastic base in Bourg d'Oisans

We stayed here in July 2017 on a cycling vacation. We were pleased to find that this property was clean, modern, and well appointed. There are clear instructions for everything; checking in and departing were seamless. The view from the deck is breathtaking and really must be seen! Some of our favourite features of this property were: - The location was perfect. Close to town (able to walk or bike) but the area itself is quiet and not busy. We could do our rides right from the door! Also, there is a supermarket close by. - The kitchen was well stocked, which was especially appreciated when our rides did not match up to the times when many of the restaurants in town are serving food. - For cyclists in particular: there is locked ground level bike storage. This was incredibly convenient. Also, a washing machine, which really helps make packing more efficient. That is a huge plus. Denis was a welcoming host. We did not end up needing to contact him about anything during our trip but he was accessible if needed. As it turns out, a week is not enough time to see all that the area has to offer, so we hope to be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le bel appartement de Denis. Les pièces sont spacieuses, très claires et malgré la canicule, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Les vues sont magifiques et l'emplacement est très calme. La communication avec Denis a été facile et agréable. Merci pour les suggestions de randonnées ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Parfait

Location moderne, bien équipée, très agréable à vivre et au calme avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes ! Le centre du Bourg d’Oisans est a 20-25 min à pied avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Et bien sûr accès à tous les cols cyclistes de légendes depuis le bourg D’oisans. Le propriétaire est accueillant et soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Bel appartement au calme et bien situé pour effectuer différentes types d'activité

Bel accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire qui nous a fait visité son bel et magnifique appartement bien équipé et très propre. Il nous a aussi conseillé de belles visites et promenades à faire dans les villages avoisinants et la région. Passez par l'office du tourisme pour avoir les cartes de randonnées et allez au marché typique hebdomadaire ou vous trouverez de bons produits locaux. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons! Vacances réussies garanties!
