Grande maison, calme, très bien placée , proche des commerces et de la plage. Quelques changements à operer:rideaux de douche, literie pas très confortable, le studio indépendant permet de l'intimité. Avec quelques petits rafraîchissements la maison pourrait être fabuleuse.

Bien placée et très fonctionnelle

Nous avons bien apprécié cette location en maison de ville, idéalement bien placée et très fonctionnelle, pour un groupe de 8 personnes. Notamment sa terrasse et sa véranda, confortables par tout temps et à toute heure de la journée.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Située au coeur du village, la maison bénéficie d'un emplacement très privilégié. Elle est encore "dans son jus" mais propre, et le prix très raisonnable. La literie du studio serait à remplacer, et il y fait un peu frais. Point d'attention: comme trop souvent, le lave-vaisselle est très sale et mérite un traitement de choc. Nous avons ouvert le filtre et l'avons vidé, très sale. A retenir sur Bois-Plage

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est située en plein coeur du village donc proche des commerces, plages... Son emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur l'île. La maison est bien entretenue et équipée. Nous avions déjà logés dans la région, mais ce logement a apporté un plus à notre séjour. Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et pour l'accueil. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous recommandons cette location

Idéalement situé mais ...

La maison est grande et possède de nombreux couchages. Elle est idéalement située à 2 pas du centre village et du marché. Nous avons bien profité de la cour. La gérante de la maison est efficace en cas de problème (réparation effectuée en moins de 24h). Le propriétaire arrangeant. Cependant les prestations de la maison ne sont pas en lien avec le prix, et les photos du site sont un peu trompeuses. La literie est de qualité inégale en fonction des chambres. Les chaises sont bancales, la table extérieure également. De grosses traces de calcaire dans la salle de douche. Les sanitaires sont vieillottes. La cuisine est petite (pas de place pour ranger l’épicerie. En bref il faudrait renouveler une grande partie du mobilier pour justifier le prix. En l’état le tarif nous semble exagéré.

Accueil et état général laisse à désirer

Lorsque nous avons indiqué par téléphone à la personne chargée de la remise des clefs que nous ferions le ménage nous même, il nous a été indiqué que le logement devait être restitué en état "impeccable". Or, à l'arrivée sur les lieux nous avons constaté que seul l'état des sols était correct mais tout le reste était relativement sale (poussière sur les meubles etc). De plus, la personne est arrivée plus d'1 H en retard et, lorsque nous avons vu ensemble qu'un buisson était rabattu sur la terrasse elle nous a dit qu'il était impossible de faire quoi que ce soit car c'était l'Ascension ! De nombreux équipements sont hors service (néon, grille pain, façades de tiroirs, abattants de WC, tables branlantes ….). Rien à voir avec la belle photo sur le site !!! Nous avons tout de même passé tout notre Dimanche matin à nettoyer afin de rendre cette maison en meilleur état qu'elle nous a été louée. Prix injustifié en regard de l'état du bien.
