The house is ideal for a family of 4. With two bedrooms, the first is equipped with a double bed and two closets; the second, a bunk bed and a dressing room. 
On the ground floor, the living space consists of a lounge area with sofa bed, tv, overlooking the outdoor terrace, equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs and clothes rack. At the other end of the main room is a small fitted kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, and the necessary equipment to spend a pleasant stay: senseo, toaster, robomix, washing machine etc. ...

A 15 minute walk from the beach accessible by a small direct path, it is close to tennis, mini golf, the residence is located in front of the Nautica, a small port where a bakery is open 7 days a week and sells pizza all nights. There is also a Skate Park and a playground for children with table tennis. At 5 min, is Cap Coudalère Facing the pond, a large heated pool is open from April 1 to October 31.
