Charming and warm house of 60 m², easy access, private parking (by the manual gate to the left of the house, parking number 34) in the heart of the Lydia district in Barcarès and only 200 m walk to the beach. The layout of the house;

First floor: Very comfortable living room (fiber, French TV/Netflix, JBL Bluetooth speaker), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and large bedroom (bed 140 cm) with dressing room and washing machine.

All these rooms open, through sliding doors, onto a sunny courtyard, not overlooked, of 15 m².

On the mezzanine, another large bed (140 cm) and a large sofa bed.
