Hameau Catalan Barcarès

Location bien équipée côté cuisine, propre Manque poubelles dans cuisine, wc du rez-de-chaussée. Aménagement extérieur agréable (salon de jardin, barbecue…) un parasol n’aurait pas été de refus surtout pour les repas du midi. Chaleur insupportable dans toutes les pièces faute de pouvoir faire un courant d’air. L’annonce montre qu’il y a une piscine et aucunement commune au hameau, la surprise a été lors du paiement effectué ! Le responsable du syndicat est une personne désagréable et impoli

Séjour

On apprécie l'accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme de l'agence. Le logement est parfait (manque la clim). Par contre la piscine qui ferme à 17h c'est tôt.

Cette location est vraiment géniale car possède tout ce dont on a besoin et tout est en parfait état. Seul hic devoir descendre de la voiture pour sortir ou entrer la voiture dans le parking à chaque fois( une barrière électrique à télécommande serait bienvenue).

La residence en elle même n'est pas très bien entretenue et ca fait un peu abandonné. la maison est vétuste et point de vue propreté c'était vraiment le minimum. il manquait quelques trucs comme un parasol et en ce temps de virus des alèses jetables devraient être obligatoires pour l'accès a la résidence , les portails ne fonctionnent pas super bien et il y avait plusieurs portillons autour de la résidence , ils étaient tous fermés a clef et nous n'avions pas la clefs
