Literie très inconfortable

Après avoir signalé que la literie est effondrée au milieu, madame me superpose d'office un 3eme matelas ancien. Pas de wifi, taille de la TV 18 pouces, ne capte pas 1fois sur 2. Étendoir intérieur cassé et rouillé. Madame est gentille, mais devrait mettre à jour le confort minimum de son logement. Une chaussette sale sous le lit.

Séjour au Barcares

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 sans nous gêner les uns les autres. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la proximité d'une très belle plage, calme et située à 2mn à pied de l'appartement. L'emplacement pour stationner est un vrai plus, d'autant qu'une supérette et une maison de la presse sont également accessibles à pied. Accueil très agréable de la propriétaire, sympathique et très arrangeante. Idéal si on souhaite profiter de la plage et de la mer pour ses vacances.

Logement très bien placer! Nous avons séjourner à 4 avec deux ado et aucun soucis! Restaurant, plage et supérette vraiment pas loin! La propriétaire et les commerçants sont super agréable! Le logement est équipé d’une Clim ce qui est un plus avec les chaleurs qu’il y a eu ces derniers jours! La terrasse est top pour le petit déjeuner le matin car ombragée 😊

Logement bien positionné et très bien équipé

Logement très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien même si le logement était relativement exigu. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse. Les photos du logement sont peu vendeuses par rapport à la réalité. Le ventilateur a été utile mais il y avait une clim (non listée) que nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser. Nous avons eu globalement de bonnes surprises. La mer est vraiment à deux pas, la plage est sympa et il y a de l'espace. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le logement extrêmement propre mais ça a été le seul hic.

Emplacement idéal et sécurisé

Location en tous points conforme à la description de l'annonce. Idéalement située. Résidence familiale, calme. Seulement 50 m à pied sur une allée sécurisée et vous vous retrouvez sur une grande plage, avec beaucoup d'espaces autour de soi : super pour les bains et la bronzette ! Port du Barcarès à 5 mn à pied en longeant la plage (boulangerie et restaurants). Supermarché à 1,5 km. La propriétaire est soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Nombreux marchés aux alentours en saison estivale. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement en rez-de-chaussée. Nos 2 filles de 12 ans ont adoré.

Très bien situé à 1 min d'une plage très calme et peux fréquentée. La ville est à 10 min à pied. L'appartement est dans une résidence très calme et le bonus il y a une place de parking. Nous étions 5 et notre séjour s'est très bien passé merci à la propriétaire Mme Lindor très gentille et accueillante. On recommande +++

Tout d'abord super accueil de la propriétaire madame Lindor. Ensuite appartement très bien situé à 1 min à pied de la plage qui est d'ailleurs très calme. La résidence est très calme et il y a une place de parking privé. Le centre ville n'est qu'à 10 min à pied en gros pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture tout est à disposition. Je recommande fortement
