Villa Greghe-Luxury and comfort with swimming pool

On the first hill of Lazise is Villa Greghe, a large and modern structure recently completed and equipped with every comfort.
The villa has a swimming pool with hydro-massage area (heated from April 15th to October 30th), a completely fenced garden with barbecue and a fully furnished patio for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun.
A parking lot with a shade shelter and a storage room for bicycles and other recreational items, are available.
Charging stations for cars, with power up to 5KW, and bikes are available free of charge.
Inside, on the ground floor, we find a large living room/kitchen with a large sofa that can accommodate two people for the night and a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for every need.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, a second double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that share the second bathroom.
From the first floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and a glimpse of the lake.
Only small pets (15 kg) are allowed.
The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
Villa Greghe is a luxurious villa located in a very quiet and private residential area. The villa is suitable for groups and families looking for a relaxing holiday who love tranquility and respect that of others.

No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soap, shampoo, etc.).

5 bicycles are available free of charge.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
Pets are allowed upon payment of 100 euros for the entire duration of the stay, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
