Was bei allem überwiegt war die tolle Lage. 50m zur Promenade und 10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Auch der kurze Kontakt zum Vermieter Fabio war reibungslos und er hat uns alle notwendigen Dinge erklärt. Positiv in der Unterkunft war: funktionierende Klimaanlage, guter W-Lan Empfang und eine große Terrasse. Negativ ist leider zu bewerten: Sauberkeit (unter dem Tisch lag noch eine Tomate vom Vorgänger), Spinnweben in den Ecken, Schimmel im Duschbereich, Espressomaschine total verkalkt und auch aus dem Toaster kamen noch Reste raus. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Küche sehr alt, es gab 2 Plastikweingläser, zusammengestückeltes Geschirr, der Backofen war außer Betrieb. Die Dusche/das Bad war sehr eng und man konnte sich kaum darin bewegen. Die Toilettenspülung musste man mehrfach bedienen, damit nicht die ganze Zeit das Wasser läuft. Im Schlafzimmer konnte man kaum rechts und links in das Bett einsteigen. Es war keine Fußbreite Platz zwischen Bett und Schrank oder Wand, so dass man immer seitlich gehen musste. Außerdem war die Wohnung insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Auf der Terrasse gab es 3 Metallstühle, die 2 Auflagen passten nicht dazu und 2 unbequeme Mini-Liegestühle. Leider haben wir uns für den Preis etwas anderes vorgestellt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
