Residenza G&J is composed of 3 brand new two-room apartments (opening April 2023) of 40 sqm each located on the ground floor, first and second floor, in the charming hamlet of Lazise called Pacengo. Just 200 metres away you will find excellent restaurants, cocktail and wine bars, a tea room and a pharmacy. The beach is approximately 700 metres away, reachable on foot downhill. 50 metres away there is a public car park and a children's playground. Just 2 km away are the famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld.



The focal point of the residence, without doubt, is the magnificent solarium terrace on the roof shared between the 3 apartments with ample lake views, furnished with 3 coffee tables, a large umbrella, deckchairs and sun loungers available to guests. Here you will also find a comfortable shower to cool off on hot summer days and a convenient shared washing machine.



The ground floor apartment consists of a spacious living area, with open-plan kitchen, snack bar with 4 stools, lounge area with satellite TV, sofa bed (suggested for one adult or two children). The kitchen, fully equipped, is equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The welcoming bedroom offers a wrought iron double bed and a modern open wardrobe. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet.



The first floor apartment opens onto the modern living area, furnished with table and chairs, sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The comfortable bedroom offers a double bed and a modern open wardrobe. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet.



The apartment on the second floor, connected to the lake-view terrace by just one flight of stairs, features a welcoming living area, furnished with a built-in relaxation zone with large cushions, satellite TV, single sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The warm bedroom with wooden furniture offers a double bed, a chest of drawers and a modern open wardrobe. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet.



WiFi and air conditioning available to guests. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
