Schöne Wohnung mit Pool, inkl. Gartenanteil, ruhig gelegen, modern ausgestattet. Tiefgaragenparkplatz nicht für Kombi geeignet, aber es gibt Alternativen im Wohngebiet.

Sehr erholsam

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen großen Garten mit ausreichend Platz zum spielen und zum draußen essen sowie zwei Liegestühle. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, lediglich eine (Filter-) Kaffeemaschine hat gefehlt was in Italien üblich ist. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist auch für große Autos geeignet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
