Appartement op mooie locatie, zonder enige luxe

Appartement met mooi uitzicht op Gardameer. Helaas geen enige luxe. Piepkleine douche. Geen airconditioning. Geen keuken apparatuur zoals een waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Erg primitief. En een bemoeizuchtige huiseigenaar op de begane grond.

Das Apartment mit dem Pool war...

Das Apartment mit dem Pool waren sehr ansprechend.Leider war das Apartment nicht gründlich gereinigt. Sollte man die Bettwäsche dazu buchen, so ist zu bedenken, dass es sich hierbei lediglich um ein Lacken handelt. Man kann damit keine Decke beziehen!

Fast alles war super

Die Anlage war so, wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt sauber und ruhig. Zu bemängel gibt es nur 2 Punkte. 1. Der Durchlauferhitzer wurde vor unserer Ankunft repariert und dabei wurde vergessen das Kaltwasserventil wieder zu öffnen. Da der Besitzer und die Agentur am Samstagabend und Sonntag nicht erreichbar waren konnten wir nur mit Heisswasser duschen und die Toilettenspühlung nur mit einen Eimer durchführen. Am Montag Morgen wurde das Ventil sofort geöffnet (kann passieren). 2. Die Müllentsorgung ist eine Katastrophe. Biomüll wird alle 2 Tage abgeholt (das ist I.O.) aber Plastikmüll nur Dienstags das heist wenn wir Samstag abreisen besteht keine Möglichkeit den Müll vom Dienstag ab irgendwo ordendlich zu deponieren weil keine Behälter vorhanden sind. Mit Papeirmüll sieht es ähnlich aus. Die Abhlung erfolgt 14 tägig und kein Behälter vorhanden. Nach Rüchsprache mit der Agentur sollen wir den Müll auf die Strasse stellen, der Reinigungstrupp kümmert sich dann darum.
