Hors d'âge

L'appartement est très mal entretenu : sur les 4 chaises paillées, 2 étaient inutilisables (merci à l'agence qui nous les a remplacées). L'éclairage est très moyen, les néons du séjour (dont un seul fonctionne) sont alimentés par des fils non encastrés, branchés sur des prises sans terre. Le câble électrique du four est partiellement dénudé, la seule prise de courant de la cuisine est placée derrière le robinet... tout est vieux et hors normes. Comment peut-on proposer à la location un logement dans un tel état ??
