Summer 2025! Beautiful 3br/2ba Lavallette Jersey Shore rental! Sleeps up to 8!

We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath rental just a block from the beach in Lavallette. This is the 1st floor unit. Rental is fully furnished with two separate living room areas and has Central A/C, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, granite countertops, outdoor shower, and off street parking. Huge shared yard with separate BBQ grills and outdoor furniture for each unit. We have a total of (3) units for rent at this location. All units can sleep up to 8 people. We are pet friendly for a small additional charge. We provide 5 beach badges at no additional charge. Rentals during peak season are Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights only. As with typical Jersey Shore rentals, we DO NOT provide bed linens, pillows, blankets, toiletries or towels.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

This beach house was a perfect fit for our crew of seven! The beds and couches were very comfortable and the location was fabulous! Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a really fun time and would definitely love to rent here again!

4 Generations Under 1 Roof

We were looking for a property to accommodate four generations, with ages ranging from 93 years to 16 months. Having a first floor property meet this requirement, but there were some challenges with having another family upstairs in terms of noise.A great spot if you can share all units with your group.

All around great!

Great location, updated look and tons of sleeping spots for our teens, loved the gas grill and tables, loved bringing our dog, good communication with owner. Definitely would come back. Sad to be home!

Long Weekend in Lavallette

Wanted to have a family vacation at the beach where we could bring our dog and this was it. Great location near the Music Man and other good eateries. Clean place. Shared outside space with tables and grills, one block from the beach, beach badges included. The only downside is you can hear the people staying above you, ours even set off the fire alarm briefly.

Excellent location. Great amount of space inside and on the patio area. Quick communication with the owner. Didn't list on the original listing that sheets and towels are not provided. He did provide sheets because I stated it wasn't listed in the listing, but for future renters, it's good to know beforehand to bring your own linen.

Great location

Peter was very prompt on his communication. This size of the lower level, is perfect. We did have a few issues. The frame for the bed in the master was broken , so we had to put the mattress on the floor. If you stay on the lower level it is noisy if someone is renting the upper unit, so with small kids it is a problem. The unit was not overly clean, so I do suggest perhaps finding another cleaning agency. In fact there was still a coffee filter with mold in it in the coffee maker, the cupboards were dirty, as well as the drawers in the dressers in the bedrooms. You bring your own linens, bring pillows as well, there are some, but not overly comfortable. If you are looking for a good location this is it.
