Villa in a Green Setting in the Hills of Lavagna—3 Bedrooms, Garden, and Private Parking

The house is a detached villa with a garden of approximately 180 square meters in Santa Giulia, 5 km from Lavagna, consisting of a living/dining area, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The house has a private parking space. Pets are welcome in the garden. The house has been recently renovated and features a hybrid heating system with a rooftop solar panel array; we also provide guests with an electric car charging station (Wallbox).
On the first floor, there is a living/dining area that opens onto the garden—equipped with a gazebo for outdoor dining and, in season, a vegetable garden—as well as a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms and another bathroom.
Pets are welcome in the garden, but we’d prefer they not be inside the house.
It’s a cool and peaceful spot just 5 km from the beaches and the town of Lavagna, where you can go shopping.
It’s an ideal base for those who want to explore the beauty of the coast, nature, and villages of eastern Liguria, or even for those who simply want to relax and enjoy the beach in a peaceful, quiet setting.
Make yourself comfortable in this villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
