Come and stay on River's Roost property where the resting is tranquil and the fun is just down the road. Nestled only 2 miles out of Lava Hot Springs you have the peace and quiet while being surrounded by nature and farmland. Go explore our little mountain town and then enjoy your stay in our cozy cabin on 4 acres of peacefulness with the sound of water out your door. Dry camping available for more than the 12 people. There is room for tents and trailers throughout the property for posting up on the grass. Camping fee is $10 per person/night. Extra fee if porta potties are needed. Please reach out for more info!

Two cabins side by side. Each Cabin sleeps 6 guests for a total of 12. Creek's Cabin (upper house) has a Queen bed in one room, a full/twin bunk in the second room, and a full futon in the living room. Rose's Cabin has a Queen in one room, and a full bed plus a twin trundle, that pops up into a king, in the second room. Creek's cabin has a tub/shower. The bathroom in Rose's cabin has only a shower. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal. You will be able to brew a cup of coffee for sipping while enjoying the beautiful views. A cozy pellet stove is also available for heating the houses, or you can resort to the wall heaters. A/C unit during hot months. Fire pits through out property, but must check with owner first depending on conditions.

The Cabins can be rented separately for 6 or less guests. There is no camping available when only renting one cabin, but you are able to explore, play, and still enjoy the property!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
