15kms from Carcassonne in the heart of the Minervois push the door of our independent single-storey house, small fenced garden, private spa pool.
You can have your meals under the covered terrace, laze by the pool. You will find parasol and sunbeds available. Electric plancha outside. Large bay windows, roller shutter in the living room, shutter for the bedroom.
Ideal for a couple and a young child (travel cot available) .The house of 50m² offers you a pleasant living room with the equipped kitchen area, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, crockery, saucepan.
Lounge area with TV sofa, bedroom with direct access to the outside, 140cm bed, storage cupboard, bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin with furniture. Hairdryer, sheets and towels are provided.
In the village you will find a pharmacy, a doctor. A butcher's shop with a bread depot, a grocery store, a restaurant.
