The room needed updating which would have taken care of many of the shortcomings. The water in the shower fluctuates between hot and cold and the bathroom sink had several cracks. The location was great as we could walk to many things.

We stayed in a family room. Difficult lugging 4 people's bags up three flights of stairs and the room had a mouldy smell so we bought a plug in air freshener. That being said, beds were comfortable and we had easy access to everything we wanted to see in Launceston.
