Welcome to your home away from home! This expansive 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom property is perfect for large families, groups of friends, or corporate retreats. Located in the charming suburb of Newstead, just minutes away from Launceston, this house offers all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable stay. Located just a stones throw from Launceston CBD and a quick 15 minute drive to the Launceston airport.

If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.

A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.

If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
