For shared use: trees, orchard. Private: hot tub, terrace, garden furniture. Central parking spaces. Grocery 11 km, supermarket 11 km, bakery 10 km, café 3 km, bus stop "North Petherwin Bus Shelter" 6 km, railway station "Liskeard" 38 km, sandy beach "Crackington Haven" 18 km, lake Roadford Lake 20 km. Sailing school 20 km, tennis 12 km, minigolf 21 km, fishing possibilities 20 km.
