This property consist of 3 large queen bedrooms all with built in robes. A comfortable open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is an entertainers delight.



Double doors open onto the back patio where you can sit and sip your drink of choice. You'll feel right at home here!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house. The garage underneath is locked.



Other Things to Note:

• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.



• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.



• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.

The stay was good. Needed more utensils to cook, no dining table. The beds were comfortable. The dryer and washing machine were great. Did not like how the shower was fixed and couldn’t adjust the height.

The location was great and the house was clean and well maintained.However, the kitchen equipment was limited and some items were not in good condition.Also, the listing mentioned a coffee machine, but there wasn’t one available during our stay.Overall, it was a good experience, but these issues could be improved.
