Great place

I was there for the national pool tournament and the owner was very accommodating in letting me extend my stay last minute. Great place to stay. Close to the strip but also far enough away. Great food options close by

Near the Palm

Great location, a bit spartan inside. A single small kitchen garbage bag no replacements for a 10 day stay. Couldn’t use the garbage disposal or dishwasher. Broken towel rack in master bath. Outside could use cleanup with broken roof shingles strewn about. With a little attention this could be a great place

Really loved this place

So many positive aspects of Kevin’s place. I’ll start with his helpful and flexible hosting. The townhouse is in a prime location…walkable to Rio, palms, grocery store, planet fitness…..pretty much anything you’d like is in walking distance. Uber to strip casinos is no more than 10. From the street at night you can see the strip lit up and yet you are away from the hustle and bustle. A surprisingly peaceful townhouse, given its prime location, with a perfect sun soaked outside area. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I was happy to find shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer (which were not noted on the listing). I am putting Kevin’s place at the top of my Vegas housing list.

Weekend in Vegas

I rarely give negative reviews, but this property was not the best. Just a few things my group and I didn’t like: -Restroom trash was not thrown away from the previous guests -Beds still had hair from previous guests. Blankets and pillows could have been better. -Bed mattresses are worn out. My girlfriend and I slept at an angle all night because the middle is sunken in. -Only two towels were provided for four guests. -No iron/ironing board -Host did not respond to a question I had This place is for a weekend with the boys. Do not stay here with your girlfriends!
