About this property

Luxury Studio | MGM Signature | Sleeps 4 | Strip View | No Resort Fee

SAVE $150–$315 PER WEEK vs. Booking at MGM Signature Hotel Directly

This is the smart traveler's choice. MGM Signature charges $30–$45/night in resort fees on top of their rack rate. At this private suite, you pay zero resort fees — and still enjoy every single resort amenity: pools, spas, fitness center, the works.

What you're getting:

▸ 520 sq. ft. luxury studio — Unit 7703, MGM Signature Tower 2, 7th Floor

▸ King bed + queen sleeper sofa — sleeps 4 comfortably

▸ Spa-style in-suite jetted whirlpool tub + walk-in shower

▸ Floor-to-ceiling windows with Strip & city panoramic views — the unit also overlooks Harmon Avenue; during F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix week the circuit is visible from here, bringing real race-week energy. This is a distance, side-angle view from the 7th floor of Tower 2 — not a grandstand perspective, so guests booking specifically for close-up F1 viewing should take note

▸ Fully equipped kitchenette with a brand-new full-size refrigerator (room to stock groceries for the whole family), microwave, and coffeemaker

▸ Brand-new tile flooring throughout the suite

▸ Smart HDTV + high-speed Wi-Fi

FULL MGM RESORT ACCESS (shared with all Signature guests):

▸ 3 outdoor pools including Lazy River (seasonal)

▸ Heated spas and hot tubs

▸ World-class fitness center

▸ Indoor walkway to MGM Grand casino, restaurants, and entertainment

▸ No separate resort access card required — your key card is your pass

THE MATH: At $35/night resort fee savings, a 7-night stay saves you $245. A 9-night stay saves you $315. That's dinner for two at Craftsteak, covered.

ADJACENT 1-BEDROOM AVAILABLE: Unit 8701 (full 1-bedroom suite) is immediately next door, also managed by LuxStayUSA. Book both units for a combined 2-bedroom-equivalent experience without paying a hotel's combined room rate.

MANAGED BY LUXSTAYUSA: Professional management, support available 10 AM – 8 PM EST daily, pre-inspected before every check-in. No surprises. No bait-and-switch. Just consistently exceptional stays.

Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment.
