By Occupying this home, occupants are participating in a shared ownership agreement, during the dates of their stay. Occupants must sign a member agreement, which is sent in advance via email. Upon signing the membership agreement and taking occupancy of the home, you will be legitimate owners. Congratulations!

An owner hotline is available from 8am-9pm during your stay, but may not be available overnight.

A $300 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.

Long-term stays are welcome!

Unauthorized events are NOT permitted and will result in cancellation. Please inquire regarding any events you may be interested in hosting, prior to booking.

For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.

• Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay.
• Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.

Report Any Issues Promptly
• Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in.
