While every aspect of our stay was fantastic, I’d have to say that the staff (literally every person we met who worked there) was exceptional, truly a reminder that the people who work for a company is what makes a company great!! This was conveniently located and had attentive/polite staff. This hotel was however in desperate need of upgrades/repairs. There was duck tape holding down carpet in hallway and nasty caulking in bathroom. Our door to our room wouldn’t open unless forcefully pushed. The sofa mattress was soiled. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Pool was closed, was given different excuses by everyone we asked. Noise all night and nothing done by staff to quiet people above or next to us. One had the tv up really loud for our entire 3 day stay. People above us were running around the room all night.
