The hotel is excellent and its location combines proximity and tranquility. The manager, Ms. Andrea, was extremely kind to me and my 5-year-old son, but the big problem with this hotel lies in two issues. The first is that I found the bed in room 232 unsuitable for sleeping and it caused pain to me and my wife, and this is something I overlooked and did not pay attention to because of the good treatment of the manager and the gentleman who works at night at the reception, butBut what angered me and I did not accept it was the mistreatment that I and my family were subjected to by the reception employee when I arrived at the hotel on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 7:15 PM. This employee treated me in a rude manner that was not befitting of respect nor the name and reputation of Hilton Hotels. She did not give me a chance to ask her about the possibility of me getting a room with a chair in the bathroom due to my inability to stand, which was repeated withThe morning employee, who is Spanish, did not pay any attention to what I said about changing the room.. to the point that she was working on the computer and did not look at me while I was talking to her, which indicates that she does not know how to deal with customers. She does not smile and talks to me as if she is looking at me with contempt.
