Cozy & Quiet In Las Vegas

A beautiful custom 1 bedroom high end private in law unit with separate entrance and parking. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all amenities - 5 minutes from McCarran airport, and 8-10 minutes from the Strip. Hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, custom wood counter tops and dining bar, fully equipped kitchen, modern spacious bathroom, 50" 4K TV with Wi-fi, queen bed in bedroom 1, full size sleeper sofa in living room.
The space
This unit is a brand new addition to our home. We built it ourselves, with meticulous attention to every detail.
Kitchen has a convection bake oven, glass top electric range, microwave, full size fridge, coffee maker, all you need for cooking a gourmet meal.
Brand new 50" 4K TV, with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime.
Other things to note
Upon request, guests may book a massage or healing session on the premises, and a self-defense class with a master.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment. The bathroom has a shower.
