This poolside restaurant and bar feature a diverse menu that will treat your palate with the freshest of ingredients in a concept full of colors, tastes, and aromas, all while you relax in front of our visually stunning Mayan Lagoon. Treat your tastebuds to popular dishes like the Bacon Cheeseburger or our Cancun Breakfast Burrito. Don't forget to treat yourself to dessert with items like our ice cream sundaes, and banana stuffed delights.
The Caribe Lounge is open daily from 9am – 5pm. Breakfast is served 9-11am. Lunch & Dinner is served 11-5pm.
SWIMMING
Details: The front pool is open from 10am-8pm. The back pool with water slides opens alternatively from 10am-6pm. The spa is open from 8am-8pm. Please be advised that only registered guests of the resort will be allowed access to the pool. Pool parties are not accommodated at Cancun Resort Las Vegas. We are pleased to offer two towels per person/per day for use at the pool. Each person must request and receive their own towels (unfortunately we cannot distribute towels for anyone not present to receive them).
