The hotel overall was good. Except dor one thing. The bed. We had a horrible bed with the big hole in the middle. Like if the mattress was old and damaged. It was also squeaky and noisy and very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid good money for a awful stay. We woke up with our backs hurting from the mattress. We will never stay at this property again.

Poor customer service. When asked where the hot tub is located, front staff answered but did not mention it was not working. We found out after we changed clothes and about to step in to notice the water was not hot. Lobby looks updated and modern but room is the opposite. It has old carpet smell, dirty fixtures, loud AC unit, and insufficient lighting. We will not come back

Room smelt like mildew, beds were uncomfortable and hot water only lasted a few minutes. I paid over $260 per night, it was definitely not worth the cost. Staff was very nice and breakfast was decent. Aside from that, it’s an old hotel with patched on renovations.

Absolutely loved staying here! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The only thing that could have been updated was the flooring. It was very run down and beaten up. The staff was so nice and very helpful and made the best breakfast with two different kinds of bacon, crispy and just cooked.

The Staff was great, very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had very nice choices to choose from. The hotel is a bit dated and the spa could use an upgrade, but proximity to everything was a plus.
