Everything was clean, but there was a faint cigarette smell on the third floor. It was obvious the hotel was older but the carpet was the only thing that seemed to need replacing. Staff called to check to see how we were doing after we got settled. This was super sweet and we appreciate the effort.

The area was super industrial; NOTHING was around it. The check in process took forever. The rooms are huge. The lighting is poor. The rooms are very clean. The hallways and entrance smell perfumy-gross.

We were excited to have a hot tub only to find out that our dog wasn't allowed in the room so we were downgraded rooms. No where on the website or during the booking does it mention the hot tub rooms not being dog friendly. The toilet would only flush correctly if you held down the handle. There was an obnoxious hum in the room. When we went to try the free breakfast at 8:30 am there were only scraps left. Overall very disappointed and really wishing we didn't have to stay here again since I booked a round trip and they won't give you your money back if you cancel even if it's a week notice.
