The community has a strong sense of ownership, and it is very clean and peaceful. The property is situated on a court, as are the most of the properties in the region. There isn't a lot of traffic. Rainbow Blvd is one of Las Vegas' main thoroughfares, and the house is located off of it. Best Buy, Home Depot, Target, Sams Club, two Super Walmarts, plus a variety of eateries and personal services are all within 1 to 3 miles of your home.
Getting Around:
Harry Reid Airport is 11 to 15 minutes away. JSX is a fantastic semi-private airline service (no TSA!) that is used by many Raiders fans in the Bay Area. The new Allegiant Stadium is about a 10- to 15-minute drive away, and the strip is also about a 15-minute drive away.

Great Home in a Quite Area of Enterprise
Great home in a good location. Plenty of dining options nearby. We did not come to Vegas to go to the strip. We were visiting friends and rock climbing in Red Rock. The home is about 20-25 minutes from the begging of the South strip. Around 5 minutes from the 215 Beltway and 20 minutes from the airport under normal traffic. The homeowner/ property manager was always available and promptly returned our calls.
