mini mansion

Host was great. Property was taken care of. Plenty of room. Good view. Everything was pleasant and the Pool was great for a hot day!

Owner cancelled morning of

After a 6 month reservation, and multiple attempts to contact the host in the weeks leading up, the host cancelled our reservation for 20 people the morning before hat we were supposed to check in. VRBO was able to help us get hotels but the trip was ruined due to the fact that instead of everyone staying in one place and enjoying a private house, we were forced to be spread out in a hotel. Horrible

Horrible place

Washer didn't work . Refrigerators didn't work . Pool was embarrassing. Trash everywhere outside. Can't control ac. Front door is really back door . Not worth the stay . Should've got 50% of my $ back !!

Worst Host EVER

Never even got to step foot into property. Had my family of 30 on their way to Vegas from California at 9 am and at 12:30pm (when we were only an hour away) told us that a pipe had bursted in the home and we were no longer allowed to stay within property grounds. The host then did not answer any calls, but instead texted us and offered us to stay at another property he had owned. The property offered had half the bedrooms (5) and we were told the rest of our guests would be able to sleep in the den “comfortably”. My family and I do appreciate the offer, however it did not have amenities we needed or payed for. We were told by Vrbo that if we took this offer we would not be reimbursed the remainder of the cost of the mini mansion… Seemed like it was a scam all along. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Especially while on my birthday. It’s now been three weeks 9/8/23 and just received my money back today 9/20/23 Save yourself some time, money, and trouble and NEVER stay at any of their properties listed. Promise you are dodging a bullet!

False advertisement property not worth price listed.

The property wasn't nothing as what was shown in the advertisement. There was also several issues within the home, when stateit to the owner he stopped all communications. The issues with the property are: 1. There was a chain lock on the front door (which is a fire hazard). 2. The kitchen oven wasn't usable. Chemicals left in the oven. 3. The refrigerators in the house didn't function well and couldn't keep beverages cold. 4. One refrigerator was extremely filthy with dried blood and some other nasty debris. 5. The thermostats were controlled by someone outside of the home. We would set them to one temperature to be comfortable, suddenly it would become hot. Once you check the thermostat the temperature would be raised making it uncomfortable inside the home. 6. Piles of trash outside the home upon walking onto the property. 7. Televisions on the floor instead of hanging on the walls. 8. Pool wasn't working it was dirty. Someone was trying to get it cleaned and working while we were there, but that never happened. Never used the pool. 9. Dirty towels were folded and left in the bathrooms. We had to purchase towels for the bathroom as well as kitchen. 10. There was a warning posted on the walls stating to not answer the door along with a picture of people if the came to the property. This wasn't explained during the walk through. I was concerned for the safety of my family. 11. Carpet stained throughout house. 12. The garage was piled with stuff. Pictures available
