Welcome to our stylish villa in Las Terrenas, located in a secure neighbourhood and just a short walk to Playa Ballenas! Designed for comfort and convenience, this modern home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking to enjoy a tropical escape close to the beach.

Each floor features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, closet, and AC, and another with a full and twin bed, AC, and a small vanity desk. Both floors have a full bathroom with hot water for your comfort.

Inside, you’ll find a game area with a pool table, board games, and a TV – perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need plus a water bottle dispenser. The villa also offers Starlink Wi-Fi and an inverter system that powers the home during outages (excluding ACs), making it ideal for remote work or content creation.

Outside, enjoy a private pool with lounging chairs, and upstairs, a spacious rooftop terrace with a comfortable seating area to unwind and soak up the tropical vibe. The property is in a peaceful and secure neighborhood while still being walkable to Playa Ballenas and close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

We offer a flexible check-in experience to suit your needs. Guests can choose in-person check-in, where we’ll welcome you, show you around the villa, and answer any questions, or self-check-in for a more private and convenient arrival. We’re available throughout your stay if you need assistance but always respect your privacy

• The villa has an inverter system that powers the home during outages (except for AC units).
• The neighborhood is secure and peaceful, yet within walking distance to Playa Ballenas, shops, and restaurants.
• We offer flexible check-in: in-person or self-check-in, whichever you prefer.
• Please note that AC units are available in all bedrooms and the living room for your comfort.

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card detail the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. A credit card transaction fee of 4.95% will apply. And, in the event of any cancellation, the credit card processing fee will also apply.

NOTE3: A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE4: A refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.

NOTE5: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h. A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure.
