Top floor beach vacation rental with elevator access in the most exclusive resort in Las Terrenas, in Balcones del Atlantico. Nearby airport El Catey (AZS) with flights from North America and some European cities is located 40 minutes away. Other airports are Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) located 99 kms. away and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) located 148 kms. away.

Beautiful well kept resort with spa, gym, paddle courts, restaurant, pools and a private beach.

The two floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, balcony and an open terrace with jacuzzi on the second floor. The unit is equipped with FREE WIFI, 3 televisions with cable TV, air conditioner in living room and in the 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

A fixed electricity fee of $50 is added to the rental rate. No separate electricity bill will be issued.

Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate, but it can be coordinated directly with our maid for an additional $30 per day, paid directly to her.

Please note that internet service in the area can occasionally be inconsistent, as is common in the region..

Great place! Great Host!

Beautifully appointed 2 level condo. One of the most secure complexes in Las Terrenas. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. 3 bdrms/ 2 full bathrooms. Televisions every bedroom, Zoned central air, Hot tub, washer and dryer, full working kitchen. Loved the viking stove! The apartment overlooks the pool. Very quiet area and impeccably maintained. The host, Ziola is amazing!any question or concern was immediately attended to. Olga, the housekeeper keeps everything super clean and is a very sweet woman! We will be back for sure. Thank you!

An Awesome Property

This unit is a great unit with plenty of space for an extended holiday. We really enjoyed the fresh breeze that blew through the unit almost all of the time. We loved sitting in the swinging chairs and enjoying life. The unt was very clean and had great appliances. Whenever we had any questions Zoila was quick to reply and very conscientious of our holiday time. The property is one of the nicest properties that we have ever stayed at and the beach is awesome for walking and swimming. The staff are exceptional as well. We highly recommend it.
