This independent one-bedroom holiday home, managed by CanariasGetaway, built in 2022, just like the building, next to Las Canteras beach (the best urban beach in the world), has been designed and thought for travellers who love marine life and nature in general, It is located in the centre of the city so you can do without the car, as it has all kinds of services very close, it is also very close to the mythical Parque Santa (where the Carnivals and all kinds of festivals such as WOMAD are celebrated), there you can take the bus (guagua in Canarian) to move around the island.



The decoration has a marine style and is designed down to the smallest detail for the comfort of travellers, with all kinds of electrical appliances (low consumption) and a complete American kitchen, with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.



It is also designed for teleworkers, as it has 600MB of fibre optic and without forgetting the environment, so all lighting is LED, offers deposits for recycling, is well ventilated, although it has air conditioning, ceiling fan in the bedroom and is very bright, being on a sixth floor with side sea views.
