What a lovely location. Las Palmas is delightful and the hotel is definitely in the best spot. The staff were all great, especially the cleaner who was adorable. We didn’t eat there as we prefer to sample local restaurants so unable to comment on that.

5 stars is a bit generous... Basic amenities not provided or replenished... But location is convenient if staying in Las Palmas and nice beach view if you pick that room type. Dinner buffet does not include drinks and is not 'exceptional' but does have decent variety and does rotate a limited subset of stations so may cover basic needs of most people. Room was 'surface clean' but definitely not spotless...

This a really nice hotel, really well located for local restaurants and shops. The pool area was great and right on the beach if you prefer. The breakfast had a lot of choice and all the staff were lovely. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Nice hotel in best location

Hotel was right on the beach with shops, restaurants and bathing just meters away. Comfort and service were the best. Pool could have been open later than 6 in the evening. Breakfast meal was good with a lot of variations but we had a few minutes of queing and it was a bit noisy. We can recommend hotel Cristina.
