Welcome to our modern 52m² apartment, renovated in September 2024, located just steps away from the Triana shopping centre and the historic old town. This cosy space offers the perfect combination of warmth and contemporary comfort.

Our kitchen comes with all the essential elements, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and a spacious refrigerator, so you can easily prepare your favourite meals.

Rest well in a luxurious 160x200 bed, complemented by spacious furniture for storage and comfort.
