Studio Casita 5 mins to Farmer`s mkt/dogs welcome!

We welcome you to our cozy guest house in the heart of Downtown Las Cruces. Perfect for overnights with dogs or kiddos! Close to shopping, the Farmer`s Market, and centrally located to enjoy all Las Cruces has to offer. You will have a private entrance, off-street parking, and a fenced yard to yourself. There is a queen bed and a pack-n-play as requested. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sm hot plate, and sink and the casita is equipped with utensils and the basics for you.

There is off-street parking and a backyard that you have full access to. Guests are only 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 55 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 55 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset.

We are at the house that is on the same property most days so we are available if you need anything and we will always be available by phone.

The casita is located in the old downtown of Las Cruces. Good walking neighborhood and close to parks, museums, galleries and coffee shops along with the farmers market on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Las Cruces is primarily a driving town but there is plenty to do that is walking distance from the casita.

The hot plate and a few pots and pans are in the blue hutch under the TV. We also provide fresh eggs from our chickens along with English muffins and coffee so you can make a quick breakfast in the morning. The TV is streaming, not regular “cable”
You will be staying in a neighborhood, please be courteous of our neighbors! When you leave, if you would do the dishes, leave the trash for us to do, and shoot us a quick message that you are out, we would greatly appreciate it, thank you!
