Room was beat up and run down. Staff had to constantly give me new rooms keys because they didn’t work on my door. The tv was very small and had about 6 channels. Was not a good experience

The staff was very courteous. They let us know before check-in that the hot water heater was being repaired and that there may not be hot water. The pool/hot tub was a nice amenity but the flooring in that area was covered with something black that I assume was mildew. The tiles in the bathroom were loose.
