The room was definitely well kept! Except for the bathroom, seemed to be spots of mold here and there. Also, there was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling, likely due to the AC being left too low. Aside from this, the place was quiet and cozy. Staff were extremely helpful and considerate! They also called us immediately after finding out a bag was left as well. Loved the atmosphere and hospitality, would recommend! Finally, do be mindful of the limited breakfast. But don't worry, you have IHOP next door anyway!

It seems as though the hotel is getting a remodel, in the middle of it or something. The carpets are old and stained, bathroom was decent, bed very comfy. No restaurant, no bar open, no treats. But there was restaurants close by if you want to sit down for a dinner.

IF YOU LIKE DIRTY SHEETS AND BEING BITTEN, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! ​As a business traveler who's stayed in hundreds of hotels across the USA, I’ve seen it all—but this was unacceptable. My first room had long hairs in the "clean" linens and I left with a bite on my skin. The management moved me to a second room where the AC rattled so loudly I couldn't even run it. ​Complete failure on hygiene and basic maintenance. For the price, you can do much better literally anywhere else. To top it off, management told me this experience doesn’t even qualify for a partial refund. I deeply regret not just canceling my stay the moment I found those issues. Please learn from my mistake!

The room was dirty, there was no blanket on the bed, the bedsheets smelled if cheap detergent, when the heater turned on it sounded like the door was being kicked in, and there were blood-like stains on the curatins and ceiling. Continental breakfast was a line of sugar ... no fresh anything.

The heat unit rattled, there were stains on the rugs, and worst of all, there was no breakfast offered, even though we were led to believe it would be provided.

The staff was probably the only good thing about this location. Ramada was so bad here in Las Cruces that I cancelled the ramada stay for Tucson. SO DISAPPOINTED! First, I was msgd by the hotel days in advance that they didn't have the more expensive room I paid for, no compensation or even rate adjustment. I got there and the hotel was so dead, how was it possible they didn't have the room I ordered? Then I get to the room, the toilet is about to overflow and it runs all night, right next to my bed, for the whole duration of the stay. Continental breakfast was a joke, it was mostly yogurt, juices and a nice breakfast host who offered to make waffles for you. The ice machine on level 2 was broken and finally found one on the other side of the hotel that barely worked. Check in was fine, location ok, and room was decent other than the toilet. So disappointed though, I doubt I'll want to stay at another ramada again, certainly not this location.
