The staff was probably the only good thing about this location. Ramada was so bad here in Las Cruces that I cancelled the ramada stay for Tucson. SO DISAPPOINTED! First, I was msgd by the hotel days in advance that they didn't have the more expensive room I paid for, no compensation or even rate adjustment. I got there and the hotel was so dead, how was it possible they didn't have the room I ordered? Then I get to the room, the toilet is about to overflow and it runs all night, right next to my bed, for the whole duration of the stay. Continental breakfast was a joke, it was mostly yogurt, juices and a nice breakfast host who offered to make waffles for you. The ice machine on level 2 was broken and finally found one on the other side of the hotel that barely worked. Check in was fine, location ok, and room was decent other than the toilet. So disappointed though, I doubt I'll want to stay at another ramada again, certainly not this location.

Staff was courteous. We arrived late than exoected but they quickly checked me in to settle in foe the night. The amenities were short in supply. Wished there was more shampoo and conditioner for use. One body towel for washing use. Otherwise i loved how clean the room was. Extra blankets would also be nice for use. I cant wait to come back again though. I love the small villa feel amd ambiance.

The room was very cold, the bed didn't have a comforter instead it had a very thin blanket between two sheets. There was no hot water we had to shower with Luke warm water. There was a lot of dust in the room triggering allergies.

This is an old facility, and it shows: Starting from the overwhelming musty old cigarette smell and general disrepair everywhere. The rooms with windows facing the dark, enclosed inner atrium smelled like mildew. The final straw was no hot water in the morning (explanation: broken boiler).
