We have a full size sofa sleeper that sleeps up to two people. A small family up to 5 people can fit.

Stayed here while helping our son and daughter in law move to Las Cruces from out of state. Beautiful casita, very clean. Two burner hit plate and an electric skillet provided a great opportunity to cook while we were staying there. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfy furniture and bed. Very friendly and helpful host. We had the pleasure of staying in Chuck & Marina’s Casita/Guest House. It was the perfect spot for us to put up our feet and relax for the night. Directions, parking. location and keyless entry was easy. Communication replies were quick. The place was perfect for the 3 of us…my son on the sofa sleeper & my husband and I in the separate bedroom. The casita was immaculate and comfortable. My husband and I arrived quite late (coming in from Phoenix), to arrive at the cutest Casita. We were there about 8 hours, but felt comfortable, clean and safe the entire time. A definitely A+ recommendation!
