Could probably use refreshing. Intial room had a broken ac unit but we were able to be switched to another room. 5 stars to the staff, that process was easy and they took care of us. Numerous fast food options nearby and was very close to Old Mesilla as well.

They couldn't accommodate us on the first floor and gave us a smelly room with a broken A/C. However they gave us another good room, but further and I am a handicapped. The rooms need remodeling somewhat.

There was an absolutely disgusting smell in the hallway where our room was. We literally had to hold our breath when coming or going. The rest of the hotel didn’t smell great either. The room cleanliness was ok, the carpet looked like it was really dirty…I did not walk around barefoot. The water was brown when we first turned it on. There is a pack of feral cats that lives in the bushes and the front of the motel and the pool area smells like a litter box. This place was pretty gross, I wouldn’t recommend it

The staff I interacted with were friendly and efficient. The room smelled very musty and I had to by some febreze in order to help with that, but only moderately. The floor was horribly stained. I had to leave my shoes on any time I was not in bed. I spilled a little water and wiped it up, 4" x 4" area and the rag was so disgusting, I almost put it in the trash.
